Buying fishing rods these days is tricky, rods for surf fishing, boat fishing, sofbait rods or jigging rods. Be sure look for genuine fuji guides and reel seat if possible. A higher end quality fishing rod from Daiwa, Shimano, Hearty rise, or Power Jig will likley have fuji guides. Good guides will be better value in the long run with the ongoing repair cost of cheap guided rods. Silicone carbide, alconite and hardloy guides are fine for braid as an insert.
